Aaron, a second generation real estate professional, has been working in the real estate industry for over 15 years. What separates Aaron from most other Realtors is his experience in the valuation of properties. He is a State Certified Appraiser and the president of Accelerated Appraisal Source, a local appraisal firm with a reputation of delivering professional, thorough appraisal reports. His understanding of value and market trends is crucial in assisting clients to ensure a successful transaction. Sellers are confident that his experience and professionalism will guarantee selling their property at the right price. He has also been actively investing in residential real estate for several years.

Early on in his career, he spent a significant amount of time working in his family's successful appraisal business, and was mentored by his uncle, a well-known custom home builder, specializing in high-end homes.

Aaron has built his own impressive career as one of the co-founders of Roth | Patterson Real Estate, a full service real estate company, that has become one of North County's top real estate teams. His extensive real estate background encompasses over 15 years of appraisal/valuation experience, investments/acquisitions, and consistent sales. Dynamic credentials separate him from the crowd, in ways that not only look good on paper, but translate to benefits and unequalled value to his clients.

A college graduate and Marine, Aaron is an experienced professional who truly enjoys practicing real estate. He also enjoys outdoor activities, yoga, and spending time with his family.

Aaron and his family reside in Cardiff by the Sea, California. Honesty, hard work and integrity are the foundation of Aaron's core beliefs.

Cooper Patterson

Co-Founder

Cooper, a second generation real estate professional, was exposed to real estate at a young age by participating in his family's real estate investments. Involved in everything from property management, project management, asset management to acquisitions and dispositions, his experience is highly varied. He also has a successful track record as a real estate investor with extensive experience in first trust deeds, flipping distressed properties, business and private money loans. This experience separates him from other Realtors because it enables him to provide his clients with a sophisticated consulting approach, giving them a detailed and analytical perspective of current market trends and conditions.

Cooper is one of the co-founders of Roth | Patterson Real Estate, a full service real estate company, specializing in representing buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions. His strategic consultation, persistent negotiating and transactional management expertise enables him to put his client's needs as his number one priority. He is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, as well as a member of the Million Dollar Guild.

While maintaining continued success in his real estate endeavors, Cooper is an accomplished sailor and aviator who has obtained a USCG Master Captain's license, as well as a single and multi-engine commercial pilot's license.

He is a graduate of the University of San Diego, where he received a degree in Psychology, with a minor in Business Administration.

Cooper and his family currently reside in La Jolla, California.
